RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Systems Engineer - Intermediate | IT Effectiveness - Video Conferencing And Phone Support [NPS025030]

Serve as a Systems Engineer - Intermediate and provide coverage for swim lane tasks primarily considered in alignment with Task 2.4.3 – Video Conferencing And Phone Support related activities to Support Government And Public Services Sector Clients with Tier 1 and Tier 2 video and phone systems troubleshooting.

Deliver technical solutions and support for phone systems and video conferencing hardware.

Support video conferencing and voice services with advanced technical knowledge.
