MAG Aerospace is hiring for a Senior Systems Engineer with current TOP SECRET clearance for Webster Out Lying Field (WOLF).
This position will manage and support a high level NAWCAD program while providing Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial industrial, military, or scientific use.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide engineering analysis, requirements definition, solution engineering, logistics planning, and Test and Evaluation (T&E) for SOF C5ISR systems.
- Assist with identifying new projects that support fabrication, integration, and modification of SOF C5ISR systems that are fielded and out-of-production including planning, kitting, and engineering changes as well as maintenance of installation plans and checkout procedures that provide support for operational sustainment.
- Provide system engineering, system fabrication, integration, modification, system delivery and installation, system support, and technical support for C5ISR systems for vehicles.
- Develop Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), developmental testing support, and material research and tracking for critical hardwareof SOF C5ISR systems that are in production, modernization, and modification phases.
- Support tasks associated with conducting site surveys and reviewing existing surveys of relevant facilities, platforms, systems, locations, and units and consequentlyidentify requirements and constraints to include: space considerations, security constraints, human factors, operational environment, and capabilities.
- Support the design or redesign of system architectures to integrate new and emerging technologies into SOF C5ISR systems.
- Provide inputs to designs; modify technical reports, drawings, and material lists; and participate in meetings that require system design expertise such as technical reviews, functional and physical configuration audits, and conferences/presentations.
- Support the development of DoD and USSOCOM technical and programmatic documentation for SOF C5ISR systems.
Experience
- Ten (10) or more years of recent and relevant experience within Navy and other DoD organizations in Systems Engineering Support. Of the ten or more years of experience required, at least eight of those years of experience must be with SOF C5ISR systems as a systems engineer.
Education
- Masters Degree preferred
- Bachelor's Degree is accepted with an additional 4 years of experience (bringing the above to 14 years of experience)
Desired Requirements
- Hands on experience with military communications, intelligence or reconnaissance

The projected compensation range for this position is $97500 to $162500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
