Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Maintains system and software requirement documents

• Performs file transfer activities as Data Transfer Agent

• Configuration Control Board administration

• Prepares documentation for release to customer

• Updates DOORS database per specifications

• DOORS scripting using DXL

• Develops and/or analyzes and revises existing processes and procedures

• Lab custodian responsibilities including maintaining applicable documentation regarding the Closed Area Access List and training authorized individuals to open/close the area.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. In absence of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required.  In absence of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required.

• Active and transferrable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:

• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS, Microsoft Office, IBM Rational Publishing Engine, and Dassault Systems Cameo

• Experience in maintaining/updating customer deliverables

• Existing DoD Security Clearance

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
