Position Summary
The Systems Engineer will ensure effective implementation, support, and adoption of IT solutions, including desktops/laptops, backup systems, M365, servers, networks, and other technologies. This role involves enterprise-level system support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and prioritize IT support requests while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Manage computing environments, backups, disaster recovery, and system configurations.
• Assist in IT projects, including software updates, platform migrations, and employee training.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and mentor team members.
• Maintain technical documentation and stay updated on emerging technology trends.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory, virtualization (e.g., vCenter, ESXi), M365, and backup systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft server platforms, Group Policy, Intune, and authentication protocols.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
