This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, that sits fully onsite in Birmingham four days per week.
Responsibilities:
· Configure and deploy RTLS hardware and software components ensuring successful system implementation.
· Involved in the design, implementation, and support of our client’s physical product.
· Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating with the Product Manager to address customer inquiries, issues, and system maintenance.
· Assist the Sales team through presales activities, offering technical assistance with system design and estimation.
· Work closely with functional team members to provide technical expertise and ensure the successful integration of RTLS technologies into new products.
· Collaborate internally to analyze market trends, user behavior, and customer feedback to utilizing data analysis to guide system optimization.
· Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of RTLS systems based on market insights.
· Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support to contribute to product success.
· Travel up to 20% of the year, including nationwide travel.
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related preferred.
· 3 years professional experience including exposure to firmware or embedded software systems or computer engineering.
· Technically inclined
· Able to partner with functional and technical team members.
· BONUS – previous experience configuring or working with RTLS or RFID products.
