Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As Systems Engineer (SE) for the Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS) Integrated Mission Planning and Airspace Control Tools (IMPACT) program, youll be a member of the systems engineering and architecture team responsible for helping design for the future of Army Aviation Airspace and Mission Planning software. In this role, you will be able develop a model-based systems engineering approach leading to a more stable and reliable solution for our warfighter.
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience, software requirements analysis and derivation and, Operational Army Aviation Airspace and Mission Planning experience.
