3 years of experience with organizational design.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in EDA Tools/Chip Design.
Experience interacting with the end users and product aptitude.
Experience with using Go, Python and C++.

Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Cloud is a large, complex service that requires high availability. As a Systems Development Engineering Manager, you will manage the operations team as well as dotted-line reports in other regions. You will build a culture of reliability and user-support into the team and keep the service running smoothly.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Drive towards operational excellence, focusing on what can go wrong and being prepared to quickly address it.
Build a strong team, growing and retaining talent.
Interface with many stakeholders: related teams, end-users, and stakeholders.
Guide engineering methodology, with a focus on reliability.
Set up processes for planning, improving quality, best practices, etc. Maintain a short response time for high priority user issues.
