Systems Developer (Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, Oracle) - MVP Consulting

Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML and WCF.
• Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.
• Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.

Systems Developer
Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations.

Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. 84 months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain applications in C# and/or ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment.
2. 84 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
3. 84 months Experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc.,
4. 84 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus. Experience in designing & implementing micro services.
5. 84 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0
6. 84 months Experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.
7. 36 months Experience in designing & implementing CI/CD workflows.
8. 36 Months Experience maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) along with HL7 Transformation.
