About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Telematics Remote Service SME for an exciting opportunity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead latest generation of ECUs for our vehicles. As a Systems Design & Architecture Engineer II at Orange, you’ll contribute to the design and optimization of our systems architecture, ensuring efficient, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions. Working with a talented team, you’ll help implement advanced network technologies and best practices that drive seamless connectivity and resilience across Orange’s services. This role is ideal for a tech-driven engineer eager to shape cutting-edge communication solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and develop Remote Service Specifications.
- Review and create Test Cases for Remote Services.
- Conduct End-to-End testing of Remote Services.
- Perform initial triage for Remote Service Issues and follow up with issue owners.
- Manage Remote Service tickets.
- Plan Joint Integrated Test (JIT) with other stakeholders and execute the activities.
Required Skills:
- Automotive Infotainment/Communications Experience is a MUST.
- Proficient experience in Telematics and Remote Services.
- Proficiency in writing Remote Service Functional Specifications.
- Ability to write Remote Service Test Cases.
- Proficiency in creating test plans.
- Experience in conducting team testing activities.
- Capability to conduct initial test triage activities.
- Proficient use of testing equipment (e.g., CANoe).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient experience in Telematics and Remote Services.
- Understanding of Remote Service End-to-End Design/Architecture.

- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
