Systems & Data Specialist
The Systems & Data Specialist is responsible for providing hands-on support for a number of technical networks: phones, copiers, computers (Wi-Fi), as well as assisting with AV support for the site as needed. Provides assistance to the Senior Staff with projects as required.

Reports to: Facilities Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00‐5:00 with occasional evening and weekend work required
Status: Full-time, exempt, with benefits
Salary: $56,000 - $69,846 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- With the Facilities Manager, manages the relationships between the vendors who provide technical assistance for the following: computer network (Shiloh Services), Avaya telephone system (AEC), fiber network (Horizon Information Systems), Toshiba copiers, etc.
- Presents as the first line of response to manage on-site tech issues such as phones, computers, copiers, Wi-Fi, proprietary applications, etc.
- Liaises with other departments to determine data/technical support needs; assist with the collection of data, assist in streamlining the processes and provides analysis
- Maintains an accurate physical equipment inventory of all PCs, printers, laptops, iPads, servers, credit card machines and other hardware
- Maintains schedule of required IT licenses and certificates and ensures compliancy
- Maintains organized storage of hardware and equipment
- Assist departments with AV setups, as necessary
- Maintains the ongoing care of the fiber network, including preventative maintenance and responding to issues.
- Assist with bringing systems/hardware online after site outages/emergencies
- Liaise with Marketing department and vendors as required to ensure the website and email communications application are working as needed
- Research and purchase IT components, as required
- Create and manage annual operating and capital budget as related to IT.
- With the Director of Finance – ensures that the site is PCI compliant and work to keep the organization in good standing
- Manages databases: Counter Point, Outbound, etc.
- Coordinates the data transition to Tessitura or Salesforce from current database systems
- Stays current on cyber security technologies to protect systems, networks, programs, etc.
- Maintains the accuracy of the Frick’s Outlook site calendar
- Maintains the Frick’s intranet/internal communications site
- Respond to assigned work orders generated through MaintainX
- Handle other IT related duties as requested or required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of data management experience – demonstrated aptitude for systems configuration and problem solving
- Two-years of IT-related education minimal; Four-years preferred
- Network server familiarity, preferred
- Windows Office computer experience and proficiency required (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- A quick learner with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
- A trustworthy, creative individual and someone who enjoys a challenge
- Possess the ability to work independently but also be a team player
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and presents with a professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to frequently climb stairs and walk between buildings on a 10-acre site.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in inclement weather when necessary.
- Clearance of a criminal background check
