We are seeking a Systems Consultant who will specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will be responsible for system implementation and providing direct customer support to our clients across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop an understanding of their business needs and how Business Central can be integrated to optimize their operations and processes.
- Successfully implement all phases of the project methodology.
- Assist in testing Business Central system functionality.
- Provide continuous end-user training and support following implementation.
- Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback from management to end-users.
- Work closely with customer teams to translate customer feedback and requirements into solutions.
Characteristics of an ideal candidate include…
- Experience in the successful implementation of an ERP system.
- Strong background in manufacturing, finance/accounting, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and cost analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of business processes within organizations, the ability to speak the same language as the customer to recommend best practices.
- Ability to take initiative and self-direct assignments to meet objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Certifications/licenses such as CMA, CPA, APICS CPIM or CSCP, Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
