About the Job

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Systems Architect to participate in the technology development of the CRM application. The Systems Architect will be responsible for the technical architecture of a CRM application, and will align with business counterparts to evaluate and select a product solution.

Requirements:

Required: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Tech Leads to ensure alignment and coordination
Required: Expertise in providing implementation guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices, including driving quality through code reviews and feedback
Required: Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks associated with new initiatives, leveraging technical foresight
Required: Focus on holistic system architecture, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and a cohesive architectural vision across the organization
Required: Proficiency in conducting Proof of Concepts (POC) and research activities to explore and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, or approaches
Required: Experience with React, Redux, SCSS, and TypeScript
Required: Experience with .NET Core/C#
Required: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, Azure SQL, Redis, and MongoDB
Preferred: Experience in microservices architecture, including development, deployment, and maintenance
Preferred: Working knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Azure
Preferred: Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code
Preferred: Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
Preferred: Understanding of Azure Functions
Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps, GIT

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
