This position requires building training environments and developing documentation for various technology needs. The candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts, application developers, training staff, and users to understand both the applications and business processes, ensuring the creation of necessary materials.

- Guidelines for end users
- Reports and edit reports
- Policies and standard operating procedures
- Presentations

Continuously update written materials throughout the application development process to reflect:
- Changes in the application
- Changes in application processes
- Changes in business processes
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience creating documentation, instructions, training and testing materials for Enterprise applications that serve multiple groups with user bases of over 1,000 users in the public or private sector.
- 36 months of experience authoring technical documentation including user guides, training manuals.
- 24 months of experience leveraging MS Office Suite to produce deliverables.
- 36 months of experience working with technical staff and stakeholders at all levels to define business and technical processes
- 12 months experience building reports using Oracle Analytics tools like OBIEE or Oracle BI Publisher.
- 24 months of experience with Siebel Case Management System
- 12 months of experience using UPK (User Productivity Kit)
- 12 months of configuring and testing calendar integration products including CALDAV
- 12 months of experience with Oracle SQL to assist with staging data for training environments.
- 12 months of experience working with Public sector
Work hours and location:
- Full time role with engagement length of 30 months
- Daily hours: 8:30-5:00 (30 min lunch)
- Physical office location: 10 British American Blvd., Latham, NY 12110
- Telecommuting options: 40% Telecommuting 60% Office
