Sr Systems Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with extensive experience in database management and data migration, particularly in healthcare EHR systems, including complex integrations like Cerner Millennium. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and similar database scripting, along with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, and Visio. Key responsibilities include leading database migration projects, analyzing and documenting business processes, preparing specifications for data input/output, resolving complex data issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system functionality. The candidate will apply industry knowledge to support organizational goals, promote team collaboration, and contribute to the design of IT infrastructure and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in database management systems and data migration, specifically with healthcare EHR systems, including complex integrations such as Cerner Millennium.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar database scripting.
• 7+ years of business analysis experience, including user requirements, operational procedures, and process automation.
• 7+ years of experience in documenting business process flows and standardizing improvements.
• 7+ years of experience preparing data input/output specifications and resolving complex data issues.
• 7+ years of exceptional oral and written communication skills, particularly for project documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• 7+ years of strong interpersonal abilities to support diverse teams and enhance collaboration.
• 7+ years of in-depth knowledge of IT industry trends, infrastructure concepts, and information systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.
• 2+ years of familiarity with existing and planned software technologies and architectural components.
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare data.
