Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the business needs and requirements of the marketing team.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using TSQL, .NET Core or .NET, C#, C++, and other relevant technologies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and develop software solutions that meet those needs.
- Conduct system analysis to identify and resolve system issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure that our systems remain current and effective.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in system analysis and software development.
- Strong knowledge and experience in TSQL, .NET Core, .NET, C#, C++, and other relevant technologies.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in the Marketing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive/manufacturing/technology industry and strategies is a plus.
