Systems Analyst-Business Services - CaroMont Health

Job Summary: The Systems Analyst is responsible for performing the diversified duties required to coordinate computer systems applications for Patient Financial Services of GMH and subsidiary companies. Responsibilities will include 1) analysis and determination of information requirements to assist with the design, modification, and implementation of new or modified systems designed to meet the needs of Patient Financial Services and the departments we support 2) maintenance of information systems related to Patient Financial Services, including but not limited to; EPIC, SSI Claims Modules, Access Databases, STYX, Matrix Care 3) creation of spreadsheets and databases for management analysis 4) report writing 5) train Business Services staff

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent years experience. Two to three years related computer experience required; healthcare experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate varied activities. Good interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
