Overview

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews.

Analyze current systems and processes to identify efficiency gaps.

Design and propose new system solutions to meet business needs.

Assist in the development and documentation of system specifications.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions.

Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and data flow charts.

Perform data analysis to support project decisions and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related role.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques.

Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement.

Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Technical experience with systems architecture and design.

Certifications in systems analysis or project management are a plus.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
