Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Eight years of system network, infrastructure and administration experience

Three years of experience addressing and resolving tier 2 and 3 level helpdesk tickets

MCSA, CCNA, as well as database and data backup familiarity

Windows Server 2016 and 2019

Windows 10 and 11 workstations, tablets, laptops and desktops

Ability to work well with other employees and independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft and Cisco certification(s), or working towards one

Experience with Google Classroom, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud and Power School
