Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Strong networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Packer).
• Experience with help desk systems and processes.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and the AWS component stack.
• Proficiency with system troubleshooting and debugging.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers, users, and engineers.
• Proactive mindset-balanced perseverance and willingness to seek help.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to support 24/7 operations and shift work.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CISSP certification.
• Experience with Linux environments in production systems.
• Advanced skills in automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).
• Additional certifications related to Linux and system administration.

Systems Administrator

Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $78,000 - $92,500. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Required Education:1+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Staff Systems Administrator

Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $93,000 - $120,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Required Education: 8+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree

Principal Systems Administrator

Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $125,000 - $170,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Required Education:12+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check.

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
