This is more than just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a difference.You like to do this:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.Assist users in accessing and using IT systems effectively.Monitor and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.Optimize system operations and resource utilization, performing system capacity analysis and planning.Provide in-depth troubleshooting for IT systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, troubleshoot network components, and implement enhancements for improved performance.Offer detailed analysis and feedback to management for escalated tickets and issues.You are required to have this:Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 10 years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.OR an additional 5 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree (15 years total).Extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting IT systems.Strong knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems, network configuration, and system optimization.Proficiency in Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and management.Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
