The System Administrator is responsible for directing and coordinating activities in system, network and computer operations. Cultivate a culture and environment to make members dreams come true.

- System Installation and Configuration: Set up and configure servers, operating systems, and applications to meet organizational needs.
- User Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various systems and applications.
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure optimal operation.
- Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions, perform regular data backups, and develop disaster recovery plans.
- Patch Management: Apply system updates, patches, and security fixes to maintain system integrity and address vulnerabilities.
- Network Administration: Oversee network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure connectivity and security.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, and incidents to support effective system management and troubleshooting.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize system performance through adjustments, upgrades, and enhancements to meet performance goals.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure systems comply with organizational policies and industry regulations and perform regular audits to verify compliance.
- Capacity Planning: Assess and plan for future system needs, including hardware and software requirements, to accommodate growth.
- Automation: Develop and implement scripts and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work with other IT professionals and departments to support integrated solutions and address cross-functional challenges.
