REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years' experience with OnBase
Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (CSA), Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator and Hyland OnBase Certified WorkView Administrator
Demonstrated experience installing, upgrading, enhancing and supporting various large-scale administrative applications Ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of OnBase administration tasks including security, roles, users, managing errors and installation Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase issues, understanding and supporting processes and OnBase applications across multiple business areas Ability to maintain proper configuration and access control across environments Highly motivated and self-directed with strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task between projects and applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in and contributing to a team-oriented and collaborative environment that values positive, collegial relationships among co-workers
PREFERRED Qualifications
Experience with OnBase Workflow Studio Export, Utils Import/Export Configuration, and Configuration Migration SQL Scripting, PL/SQL Experience with ServiceNow Experience with OnBase API, C#, VBScript, and/or PowerShell scripting
JOB DESCRIPTION
Implements, monitors, and improves the Document Management System (DMS) including COLD document storage, workflow setup and interface configuration, report and form design, application administration, job configuration, data integration with other financial systems.
This role supports the migration of an existing DMS to Hyland Onbase Cloud, and then continues to provide high quality business support.
Platform Administration
Administer and maintain the OnBase platform, which includes installing new software releases and system upgrades, evaluating and installing patches, and conducting application/configuration migrations, refreshes, and restores Collaborate with infrastructure providers to determine requirements for deploying database, web, and application servers in a multi-instance environment Specify and verify the architecture for OnBase integration with other application systems
Customer Support/Problem Resolution
Work with IT colleagues and/or the vendor to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and collaborates with the development team to implement solutions Monitor the OnBase system for high availability, load balancing, and satisfactory response time to ensure performance and reliability adhere to service level standards Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve performance issues Administer OnBase security measures to protect data, software, and hardware Develop instructions/documentation
Architectural Strategy
Partner with Management on projects that involve OnBase architecture and document storage platforms.
Research and keep abreast of trends in technology that impact enterprise content management Provide input on the improvement and future direction of the OnBase service
Vendor Management
Work with the vendor support to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues Collaborate with vendor support and development teams to implement maintenance patches and upgrades Participate in contract and licensing discussions to provide platform related information and suggestions to optimize the solution from a contract/license perspective
