Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Promotes the Company’s mission and values based culture by delivering quality service and support to all consumers of PlayCore I.T. services.

Responds to support tickets, telephone calls, e-mail and direct requests for technical support. Encourages use of support tickets as std request method.

Tracks and monitors each request for support to ensure a timely resolution.

Provides support for all electronic devices and connectivity.

Coordinates resolution of all communication support issues and requests.

Maintains hardware and software inventories. Includes vendor relationships, purchasing, and maintenance contracts.

Trains users on proper network usage and procedures.

Provides coordination with Corp IT Services for Network and Server upgrades/repairs.

Associate’s degree in related field, or 2 years relevant work experience

Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate – Windows or Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician certification preferred

Travel

Travel in this position is very limited and may only be necessary in relation to the needs of a specific project.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to effectively, and professionally, communicate through verbal and written means with employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability

Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software. Basic hardware troubleshooting skills are also a requirement.

The ability to work under limited supervision to complete assigned tasks and perform the essential duties and responsibilities expected of this position.
