About the Job
The Systems Support Intern assists the Systems Support Services Department with technical support to internal customers for all IT systems and applications.
Responsibilities:1. Assist with technical support phone calls and trouble tickets.
2. Assist with resolving software and hardware issues.
3. Provide testing support of applications and products as needed.
4. Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
5. Assist with the creation and review of technical support documentation.
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
• Undergraduate with coursework in an IT related field of study.
Experience
• Candidates with requirements to fulfill an internship prior to graduation are preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Resourceful self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong professionalism and customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
