This position is responsible for providing expertise in combustion and thermal applications, providing installation, optimization, and repair for new and/or existing systems along with testing and inspection services.
Qualifications
- Energetic, customer-focused, team player with a willingness to help others
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- High school graduate/GED certificate required
- Vocational-Technical or trade school preferred or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Completion of ISA course II & III preferred while continuing to work toward III
- Must be a safe driver with a clean driving record and Oklahoma driver’s license
- Ability to potentially travel nationwide to complete projects
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Travel to interstate locations as needed to perform inspections
- Project completion from design to start up and commissioning
- Be able to label with ISA names and configure all major system components
- Create and upload/download PLC and HMI configurations in Allen-Bradley
- Interrogate and troubleshoot PLC and HMI configurations and make minor changes to correct field discovered issues.
- Tune and operate Loop and Logic control systems
- Be able to make redlines for electrical and P&ID drawings
- Advanced understanding of Electrical Principles and Implementation of Control Devices
- Advanced experience working with PLC, Field Instrumentation, Transmitters, RTD/TC - Required
- Advanced PLC knowledge – Required
- NFPA 85 / 86 / 87 Document Knowledge – Preferred
