A-Line Staffing is now hiring a System Architect in Akron, OH. The System Architect would be working for a leading healthcare organization and has career growth potential. This is a hybrid role with both remote and onsite work.

System Architect Compensation:

• The pay rate for this position is $95 per hour.

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with one year of service on our eligibility dates.

System Architect Highlights:

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

• The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

System Architect Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Office 365 solutions, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and other services.

• Provide technical leadership and consulting across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Implement and manage Intune for Office 365.

• Conduct system reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Develop and present solutions to stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Lead customer communication and collaboration migrations.

• Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed in architecture and implementation.

System Architect Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Design, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical solutions development using Microsoft platforms.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solutions consulting, from requirements gathering to implementation and operations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, and Microsoft System Center.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Unified Messaging, and PowerShell scripting is a plus.

• Certifications such as Office 365 MCSA, MCSE: Messaging, or Microsoft Certified Architect are preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present solutions to a variety of audiences.
