Job Description:
Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
Excellent knowledge in Insurance domain, especially Group Insurance
Should be well versed with the IT ecosystems of Insurance Industry including Policy Admin, Claim Admin and Onboarding systems
Should have excellent knowledge on how Insurance products are offered in the US and it's administration process
Extensive experience working with variety of tools and processes in Insurance Customers pertaining to Customer Implementation
Should have very good understanding of Enrollment, Billing, Payments, Commissions and Claims adjudication processes in Group Insurance
Should possess technical knowledge on Integration of various IT systems, especially the hybrid architecture of legacy and digital applications
Experience in working with latest technologies like SalesForce, Workday to track day in life production operations
Should be innovative and able to suggest optimization techniques to make production operations more efficient ensuring Faster Time to Market
Experience in implementing complex workflows as part of Customer Onboarding process
Should be able to quickly grasp the business mappings across products, policies, and plans and implement cases within short period of time
Extensive experience in partnering with technical support, Development and testing teams to propose enhancements to business stakeholders
Should possess hybrid skills of both a Business Analyst and Technical Specialist with hands-on experience with Insurance Clients.
