Looking for a Pharmacy Tech for this position or someone already Certified in the Epic Willow Application. The System Analyst Clinical 3 position supports and maintains software applications that impact clinical areas, such as ambulatory clinics, IP hospital departments, pharmacy, and physician documentation. This role is responsible for highly complex applications management, providing consultative advice to departmental and organizational leadership, and guiding lower level employees within the department. Additionally, at level 3, the individual typically coordinates projects and is able to successfully lead multiple projects to completion.

- Works collaboratively with business, clinical and operations leaders to evaluate complex requests, conduct critical thinking; and propose solutions to meet their needs.
- Requires highly developed communications and negotiation skills to effectively work with all levels of management through Mercyhealth.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
7 years of direct experience as a system analyst required.
Certification and Licensure
MT(ASCP), CT(ASCP), LPN, Pharmacy Tech or required or other similarly recognized certifications.
Skills and Abilities
Experience with and demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to work independently and be result oriented.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks and project components.
Ability to lead.
