Job Description:
The responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of the Procure-to-Pay ( "P2P”) solution and ongoing support and performance of configurations, catalogs updates, and other process management tasks within the P2P solution.

Job Description:
The responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of the Procure-to-Pay ( "P2P”) solution and ongoing support and performance of configurations, catalogs updates, and other process management tasks within the P2P solution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction related to P2P to internal departments.
- Field P2P support calls, prepare job aids and ad hoc training for P2P buyers and requesters.
- Identify, track and maintain business metrics across the Procurement department.
- Attend meeting with end users in order to properly document requirements.
- Work with technical developers to ensure accurate and complete translation of system and data requirements into technical specifications
- Develop a means for publishing information and notifying end users and stakeholders of key events related to P2P.
- Create effective training programs, modules and user guides to manage processes within P2P.
- Coordinate and Conduct User Acceptance Testing
- Conduct end-user training
- Continue to seek product knowledge through training for future releases and upgrades
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business management, project management, communications, systems development or related area or equivalent combination of education and work experience. MBA a plus.
- Experience in analysis of Procurement business processes.
- Experience developing strategic business processes and able to develop and deliver training material.
- Procurement application experience a plus.
- Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem solving experience.
- Strong functional background and knowledge of Procurement Modules with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
- Effective organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
- Considerable problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple high profile tasks.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Extensive product knowledge of Procurement
- Strategic Planning
- This position will be required to be an independent self- driven position while working closely with the Vice President and operational management of the department.
- This position will be required to make decisions regarding new business processes, training and integration of new departments as they integrate with Procurement.
