System Administrator of Data Integrity
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator of Data Integrity to join our IT team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and reliability of data flows across systems, maintaining critical server operations, and overseeing database and system integrity. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data management, server administration, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, along with a strong technical aptitude in cutting-edge technologies such as Azure and edge computing.

System Administrator of Data Integrity
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Manage and maintain data integrity across multiple systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data flows.
• Leverage SQL language to understand data condition, quality and flow across multiple data systems and interchanges.
• Administer server operating systems, ensuring high availability, patch management, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and maintain SFTP servers to ensure secure file transfers between internal and external stakeholders.
• Creation / Management of data transformations involving XML and JSON data sources.
• Administer and troubleshoot ERP systems, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with business processes.
• Maintain and support inventory management systems to ensure data consistency and accurate reporting.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure to implement and manage cloud-based solutions and services.
• Support and Maintain edge computing solutions to support real-time data processing workloads and enterprise data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with SQL Server TSQL Language and Query Execution.
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux) and SFTP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, and data transformation processes.
• Proficiency in administering ERP and inventory systems.
• Experience with Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with edge computing technologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working environment and physical requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at computer monitor.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%.
