Job Title: Systems Administrator Consultant
Duration: 3+ Month Contract
Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (1 day onsite required)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator Consultant to support the Procurement and Contracting Team by managing and optimizing the organization’s contract management system and related operational functions. The role involves system administration, user management, process development, data analysis, and training coordination. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, resolving system issues, and supporting the transition to a new contracting system in 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization’s contract management system, including day-to-day operations, user data synchronization, template administration, and system testing.
- Oversee user provisioning, approval/signing authorities, and develop processes for onboarding and offboarding users.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for contracting, procurement, and compliance functions.
- Address and triage user support requests via Freshservice, providing timely resolutions and reporting on system issue patterns and trends.
- Prepare reports, lists, status charts, and manage data to support team activities and inform senior management decisions.
- Support and coordinate training initiatives related to contracting and procurement, including revising and developing training materials, managing training environments, and administering tools like Walkmes.
- Conduct data cleaning exercises to prepare for the transition to a new contracting system in 2025.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, training setup, and coordinating with other departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting or other CRM platforms, with knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Experience with Coupa modules, including P2P, Sourcing, CLM Advanced, and Supplier Information Management.
- Familiarity with Freshservice for ticket management and issue resolution.
- Proven experience in system migrations, including sunsetting existing systems and onboarding new ones.
- Strong experience interacting with diverse clients, including those with high-touch requirements.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to make operational processes smooth and efficient.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
