About the Job
Provide IT network, server administration, and telephony services, including maintaining, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting network infrastructure, servers, and telephony systems to ensure reliable and secure operations.

Required Tasks:
- Server Administration: Maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and build servers, including DNS, DHCP, AD, ADFS, Nutanix virtual servers, and restore servers from backups as needed.
- Virtualization & Cloud Support: Manage VMWare VDI, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint, Office 365 applications, and Exchange.
- Performance & Security: Perform server performance troubleshooting, security auditing, and recommend improvements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain change management documentation and provide weekly activity status reports.
- Customer Support: Deliver high-quality customer service with professional communication across all staff levels.
- On-Call Support: Respond to after-hours server outages as required.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of IT experience, with 3 years in specialized roles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Azure ecosystems, and Windows Autopilot/device provisioning.
- Proficiency in application deployment, policy management, and diverse mobile environments.
- Hands-on experience administering/troubleshooting: Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory (on-premises/cloud), and Active Directory Federated Services, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows/iOS device management.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Azure AD Join.
- Intermediate Linux command proficiency.
- Scripting with PowerShell for automation and configuration.
Documentation & Certifications:
- Experience writing change control and server documentation.
- Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate required; MCSE/MCSA preferred.
Education:
- Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or bachelor’s degree with reduced experience requirements).
- Degree waiver possible with 8 years of experience, including 6 years specialized.
