We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior System Administrator with anactive Top Secret/SCI clearanceto join our team!This role involves providing hands-on support in system security administration, Active Directory management, troubleshooting, system optimization, and software installation. The ideal candidate will work with Windows Server administration, VMWare, storage solutions, and cross domain technologies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform system security administration functions, managing customer accounts via Active Directory.

Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, implementing necessary corrections.

Plan, test, install, and integrate new and upgraded software and operating systems.

Monitor and optimize system resources to maximize efficiency and performance.

Install and maintain custom software solutions as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Must have an activeTop Secret/SCI clearance.
All positions are 100% on site. You must be able to commute to the Northern Virginia area.
Bachelor or Masterdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with Windows Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
Familiarity with monitoring and configuration tools for system management.
Proficiency in VMWare or other virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of storage solutions and cross domain technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, VCP).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
