Talent Space is looking for Contract-to-Hire Systems Administrator for our SaaS client.
In this role, you will be part of our Site Reliability Group, supporting our Customer Facing Production Platform. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining the technical infrastructure, systems, and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, & GCP) and servers in a mixed software environment (Windows and Linux)
- Design, write, and build tools to improve the reliability, latency, availability, and scalability of the platform
- Participate in capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
- Debug of system and infrastructure errors and bottlenecks.
- Secure the platform.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in the fields of Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Experience programming in one or more languages: C, C++, Java, Python, or Go
- Managing and maintaining a production environment
- Managing and maintaining a systems at scale in cloud based environments
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant STEM field (e.g., Information Systems, Information Technology, Applied Networking, System Administration, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of containerization and container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
- Experience using cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services/AWS, Google Cloud Platform/GCP).
- Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks.
- Experience with configuration tools and management (e.g., Terraform and/or Puppet)
