Imagineers is a highly regarded Property Management Company with offices in Hartford and Seymour. Our company manages over 200 Condominium Associations and Rental Properties throughout the State of Connecticut as well as the Housing Choice Voucher program for numerous housing authorities. We are a family-oriented company and our roots date back to 1973.
We have an opportunity for a full-time Switchboard Operator in our Hartford office. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (with a one-hour meal break). The candidate we are seeking must be bilingual Spanish and English and have switchboard experience. This position requires excellent communication skills both oral and written, proper phone etiquette, the ability to manage high phone call volume, be a 'people person' who can remain calm and be able to assist callers with a variety of needs, posses a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Must be savvy in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel. The individual we are seeking is a quick learner, works well independently, takes initiative, is a self starter, responsible, reliable, mature, and has their own reliable transportation. Approximately 12 hours per week may be utilized in supporting administrative tasks for our housing division (someone else would be covering the switchboard) and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary and as time permits.
