Responsibilities:- Strong understanding of CNC Swiss machining, preferably with A20 Citizen.
- Ability to write CNC programs (software or traditional G-code), perform program edits, set up and operate a multi-axis Swiss.
- Understanding of mill-turn CNC Turning Center is a plus.
- Follow and preform first article and in-process inspection.
- Advanced level in blueprint reading and GD&T.
- Ability to understand tool ware and input machining offsets.
- Ability to perform basic machine maintenance.
- Ability to manufacture parts and monitor in-process dimension standards to specifications.
- Ability to use inspection tools, including but not limited to calipers, height gauges, comparators, micrometers, rulers, and gauge pins.
- Ability to clearly document the necessary quality inspection features.
- Interest to be cross trained on different machine types as required (mill, lathe, grinder, manual equipment, etc.,
- Understand basic Quality and/or Manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow Work Instructions
- Support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives to enhance Continuous Improvement

- High School diploma or GED
- Capabilities in Swiss programming CAM is a plus.
- Position requires 3-5-years' experience setup and operation of Swiss CNC and/or dual spindle lathes with live tooling.
- Must be able to read understand and follow work instructions in English.
- Experience with power tools and/or industrial machinery
- Must be able to lift and move up to 20 lbs.
