Job Title: Swiss CNC Lathe Operator

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate Swiss CNC Lathe machines to produce precision metal components.
• Interpret and implement CNC programs for daily production runs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience operating Swiss CNC Lathe machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
