Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Swing Shift Janitor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness of our warehouse facilities. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in the janitorial field.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of warehouse facilities, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Perform routine inspections and address issues such as litter and debris.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in janitorial tasks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package and benefits ($18.00 - $22.00/hr depending on experience level).

- Schedule - 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (M-F) with on call weekend support as needed
