Qualifications and responsibilities for this Swimming Pool Project Manager position include:

• 1+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in swimming pool installations or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage schedules and coordinate between installers and customers.
• Basic understanding of swimming pool construction (training provided).
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional half-days on Saturdays, finishing no later than 8 PM EST.
• Manage and coordinate schedules for swimming pool installations nationwide.
• Oversee regional assistant project managers and ensure seamless communication between installers and customers.
• Troubleshoot project issues and provide technical guidance to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and provide aftercare instructions.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonuses.
