Sweeper Driver - Full Time - Pieco Services Property Maintenance, LLC

Position Title: Sweeper Driver

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking sweeper driver to join our property maintenance team. This is an overnight position with shifts starting at 9:30pm. In this role, you will be required to drive specialized vehicles, operating vehicle controls and attachments to sweep parking lots of debris/trash. Applicants should have some experience and skills in operating a sweeping vehicle and equipment and demonstrate knowledge of safety regulations. You must have the physical stamina to perform these tasks and be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, get in and out of the truck several times throughout the shift and lift up to 50lbs. Must have a valid driver's license & good driving record. Sweeper experience a plus but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be tech savvy (use phone to clock in and out of job sites and take pictures)
• Drive sweeper truck from one location to the next
• Use blower to clear off walkways and curb lines
• Hand porter (pick up loose trash in mulch beds and grass line areas)
• Change trash bags
• Schedule may include a weekend night (Friday or Saturday)
