Genesys routing strategies using Interaction Routing Designer (IRD) for eServices (email) and Genesys intelligent Work Distribution (iWD for scanned mail and forms)
2. 1799912 - Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE, formerly iWS) with experience in GVP, Microsoft .Net development experience is preferred, Genesys eServices experience is a plus
