Salary: $230,000 - $290,000 per year

Job Details
Top 3 objectives in the job:
1. Develop sales processes, marketing plans, and finance ops and policies that drive growth.
2. Lead our planning, budgeting, and forecasting within sales and other orgs.
3. Collaborate with Sr leadership to develop best-in-class operations.
Additionally:
We're looking for a leader with at least 15 years of total experience and 7 years of management.
Ideally, you come out of a software company. If not, you must have a proven record leading in a rapidly growing company: sales/ headcount.
MBA is highly preferred
IPO readiness experience is also highly preferred.
