TITLE: SVP, Gaming & Entertainment
DUTIES: Serve as senior leader managing a diverse team of sales professionals responsible for the company’s revenue within the gaming & entertainment industry sectors. Responsible for all team hiring and processes. Mentor, coach and develop employees while creating team structures that allow for internal career growth and continued engagement. Drive revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually, while accurately reporting revenue projections and forecasts. Ensure a long-term competitive edge for the business through a value-driven approach to prospects and existing customers. Attend industry conferences, events and speaking engagements to represent Sensor Tower. Identify marketing opportunities specific to the designated market and vertical. Assist in closing strategic deals.
May telecommute from within the U.S., reporting to Los Angeles, California-area office.
REQUIRES:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance concentration), Economics, or a related quantitative field plus two years of experience in mobile application and enterprise SaaS sales. Experience must include two years of experience:
• 2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on go-to-market and sales strategies;
• 2 years of experience building strategic relationships with mobile gaming and/or applications clients;
• 2 years of experience developing an understanding of gaming and/or applications client business challenges, providing client support to help them understand the mobile ecosystem better, and providing analytics to assist them in making informed business decisions;
• 2 years of experience presenting complex data solutions to a variety of audiences, including non-technical, as well as senior and executive leadership;
• 2 years of experience identifying and maximizing business growth opportunities with mobile applications and/or gaming/entertainment clients;
• 2 years of experience growing and managing enterprise customer engagements;
• 2 years of experience developing strategic initiatives to grow market penetration; and,
• 2 years of experience working cross functional with technical teams (engineering & product) on brainstorm & development of new product offering to expand average revenue per client within the gaming & entertainment sector.
Experience may be gained concurrently.
LOCATION OF
EMPLOYMENT: Culver City, CA. May telecommute from within the U.S., reporting to Los Angeles, California-area office.
SALARY: $199,570 - $289,380 per year.
