The SVP Director of Brand and Innovation has oversight of Marketing, Digital Services, and Payment Services. This position has responsibility for an integrated team that seeks to leverage creativity and innovation to deliver a customer- centric approach in the development, delivery and sales of our products and services.
This position requires the individual to be forward thinking both strategically and operationally from a technology road map and positive customer outreach/impact standpoint. In conjunction with department leaders, spearhead automation and operational efficiency as the chief architect of innovative technology (systems, software & Artificial Intelligence -AI) and its integration into the Bank.
Digital Service Oversight
Provide management oversight to the Digital Services Unit which is responsible for all activities that help develop and deliver products, services and communications through electronic/online channels: online banking (USB online, Business Online, mobile banking, online account opening), digital media communications (ZIM screens, social media), ATM, USB website, SharePoint, and digital processes within the retail and business environment.
Payment Services Oversight
Provide management oversight to the Payment Services Unit which is responsible for the development, management and revenue stream of payment products, including credit cards, debit cards, merchant services, cash management, ACH, DDA and health savings accounts.
Business Intelligence Center Oversight
Provide management oversight to the Business Intelligence Center (BIC) Unit which is responsible for the infrastructure of the bank reporting technology.
Marketing Oversight
Provide management oversight to the Innovation Center's Director of Marketing who will act as the internal consultant for marketing efforts that support initiatives to drive growth across all product lines. Responsibilities include development, implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns including creative, trafficking, external partner coordination, reporting, production and media scheduling as well as monitoring expenses, budgets, and compliance.

Education
Required
Bachelors or equivalent work experience or better.
Preferred
Masters or better in Business Administration.
