Title: SVP, Creative Merchandising
Location: Remote with occasional travel to the Northeastern Region, USA
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm
Description:
• The Senior Vice President of Creative Merchandising will oversee product development and execute merchandising strategies for diverse categories, including Kids, STEM, and Compounds.
• This role focuses on expanding product categories and brand portfolios while achieving corporate financial objectives.
• The leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market, driving category growth and maintaining strong relationships with distribution channels.
Required Skills:
• Over 10 years of experience in product development and merchandising, including at least 5 years in a leadership position within consumer goods categories such as toys, crafts, or educational products.
• Demonstrated success in driving innovation, sales growth, and profitability.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and mentor teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Ability to develop innovative products with a keen aesthetic sense.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in collaborating with global sourcing teams and counterparts.
• Familiarity with merchandising strategy development and execution across multiple distribution channels.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in product delivery from concept to retail.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $21000K-$300000K
