Job Details
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-5+ years of land surveying experience, civil land development, topography, boundary, ALTA, and/or other surveying/mapping services
- AutoCad Civil 3D, Total stations, Data collectors, and Geographic positioning systems (GPS)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform and manage surveys including boundary, topographic, wetland mapping, and as-built surveys
- Use advanced survey equipment such as GPS systems and total stations to produce accurate fieldwork and maps
- Prepare and review detailed plans including subdivision layouts, easement maps, and route surveys
- Support construction projects with stakeouts for residential and commercial developments
