We are a Civil Engineering, Land Surveying and Wetland consulting firm serving, a small group (Just under 20 employees) of Engineers & Surveyors across 2 offices.
Our services include property surveys, wetland environmental management, site plan designs, water and sewer systems, master plan developments, urban planning, commercial planning, subdivision design, permitting, urban design, stormwater management systems, on-site sewage disposal systems, Title 5 permitting, and expertise working with town boards and state officials to obtain regulatory permits.

Job Details
- Data Management: Download, process, and analyze field data for CAD/AutoCAD preparation.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Senior Survey Project Manager to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
- Leadership: Operate as a one-person crew for various field survey tasks, ensuring quality and precision.
- Technical Skills: Prepare surveys and assist with land development tasks, utilizing advanced tools and technology to support project needs.
- 75% fieldwork and 25% office work.

Job Details
- Field Surveying: Perform boundary line surveys, topographical surveys, GPS location, and construction staking using Robotic Total Stations and GPS receivers.
- Data Management: Download, process, and analyze field data for CAD/AutoCAD preparation.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Senior Survey Project Manager to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
- Leadership: Operate as a one-person crew for various field survey tasks, ensuring quality and precision.
