They are looking for a highly motivated Survey Project Manager who can ensure that their surveying operations and projects are managed, planned, and designed to fulfill the high expectations set forth by the firm but also to exceed their client's goals.
Requirements:
- 6 years of land surveying experience and managing projects/personnel
- Experience in topographic, boundary, construction layout, and ALTA surveys
- Working knowledge of CAD
- LSIT or Professional Land Surveying (preferred)
- Ability to manage client relationships

Position Details:
- Survey Project Manager
- Responsible for planning, management, and scheduling multiple survey projects
- Direct and lead office and field personnel
- Exceptional bonus potential for department (5-25%)
- Above market benefits and PTO
- $100,000-$135,000k for base compensation (negotiable depending on experience level, business development ability, and technical skills)
- Leadership track potential
- Traverse & boundary analysis, positional quality assessment & statistical analysis of data
- CAD quality control
- Prepare scopes of work, manage projects, and fee estimates
- Involved with professional client development
- Prepare legal descriptions and plats/exhibits for boundary surveys, subdivisions, or easements, etc
