Survey Crew Chief - 1st St. NW Technical Staffing

Growing civil engineering firm has an opening for a Survey Crew Chief. Direct-hire position with outstanding benefits!

Duties:

• Oversee the activities of a survey team – projects include commercial, healthcare, government, institutional, and military
• Oversee field activities – includes topographic ALTAs, as-built surveys, hydronic, construction layout, drone photometric, etc.
• Assist Professional Land Surveyors with deed research, boundary, and easement analysis
• Operate various Trimble survey equipment
• Interpret survey data, maps and plan sets
• Compute field points and adjustments
• Interface with civil engineers, architects, environmental engineers, mechanical engineers, and landscape architects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of surveying experience
• 2+ years of experience as a survey crew chief
• Experience working with Trimble equipment
• LSIT preferred
• Experience with drone surveying a plus
• Ability to travel – including out-of-state
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
