Survey CAD Tech - Gpac

We are partnering with a reputable company seeking a skilled CAD Technician with 2+ years of survey drafting experience. The ideal candidate will have AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, with MicroStation experience being a plus. This position involves providing drafting and design support for Surveying Projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop survey plans and construction documents for complex CAD projects under the guidance of a Professional Land Surveyor
• Work efficiently, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Perform tasks accurately and on time, handling multiple assignments with competing priorities
• Maintain company CAD standards throughout all projects

Key Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or an Associate’s Degree in a CAD-related field
• Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats
• MicroStation experience is preferred
• Exceptional client service skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision once trained
• General knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills
